Maestro Fuzz-Tone FZ1/FZ1A

A Maestro Fuzz-Tone which can do both FZ1 and FZ1-A tones and more. While it’s run on a regular 9v battery, one toggle switch selects either 1.5v operation (FZ1-A) or 3v operation (FZ1). The other toggle selects either the stock FZ1 sound, or the beefier FZ1-A sound. Either circuit can be run at either voltage for more variation. Built on vero with OC42, 2N404 and AC125 germanium transistors, tropical fish caps and Philips electros. Finished in a gold hammertone.
For Gregoire in France.

Buzzaround/Dizzytone – OC72/OC42

A Buzzaround built on large pitch veroboard with Mullard OC72 and OC42 germanium transistors. It has a toggle which switches a couple of caps to Dizzytone values, which gives more low end and a more aggressive tone. It uses carbon composition resistors, BC electros and axial MKT caps, an additional Volume control and a toggle to switch the battery on/off. Finished in a green hammerite.
For Richard in NY, U.S.

Jordan Bosstone

A Jordan Bosstone built on vero with Panasonic caps and silicon transistors and controls for Volume, Attack and Filter, which allows more bass though the circuit for extra weight and saturation. Finished in a dark gold hammertone.
For Mathieu in France.

Tonebender MkII/Mk1.5 – OC75

A Tonebender MkII/Mk1.5 with a switch to select either circuit. Built on tagboard with OC75 transistors, BC electros, axail and tropical fish caps and metal film resistors. There is an additional Bias control and a toggle switch to turn the battery on/off. Finished in a gold hammerite with white LED.
For Phairat in France.

Maestro Filter Sample/Hold FSH-1

A Maestro Filter Sample/Hold FSH-1 built on a Tonepad PCB, with Panasonic caps and electros. As well as the stock Range and Speed controls, this one has additional Attack, Decay and Resonance controls. The second footswitch selects either Filter or Sample & Hold and the toggle sets the direction up or down. Finished in a silver vein powdercoat with a white LED.

Univox Unidrive

A Univox Unidrive built on vero, with the stock NOS 2SC859 silicon transistors. It also has an additional Filter control to roll off some bass at the input. Finished in a green hammerite.
For Thomas in the U.S.

Tonebender MkIII – OC42

A Tonebender MkIII built on vero, with Mullard OC42 germanium transistors, axial MKT and styroflex caps, with controls for Volume, Tone and Fuzz. Finished in a gold hammerite.

Tonebender MkII/1.5 – OC75

Tonebender MkII/1.5 switchable, built on tagboard with OC75 germanium transistors, axial caps and Philips electros and a battery on/off switch. Finished in a copper vein powdercoat with orange LED.
For Jeremiah in the U.S.

Klon Centaur

Klon Centaur clone on vero with a gold hammerite finish, red LED and Daka-ware knobs. Vero layout modified from original by Blanik at FSB.
For Juan in Belgium.

Maestro MFZ-1

A Maestro MFZ-1 on vero with a TL022CP chip, Wima caps and Philips electros, and a toggle switch for bass cut. Finished in a silver hammerite with metal knobs.
For Mike in Belgium.
