




A Tonebender Mk1.5 clone using OC75 germanium transistors. Knobs control Level, Attack and Bias. Built on tagboard using carbon composition resistors, tropical fish cap, BC electros, Alpha pots and Neutrik jacks, black metal knobs and a gold hammertone finish.

A Tone Bender MkII clone using AC125 transistors. Built on veroboard it uses Wima and Panasonic caps, BC electros, Alpha pots and Switchcraft jacks. As well as the usual Level and Attack controls, the middle knob adjusts Bias. There’s also a voltage converter added so the power supply can be daisy-chained with other negative ground effects.

A clone of the Sola Sound Professional MkII built on tagboard. It uses three vintage germanium Mullard OC75 transistors which were used in some of the earlier originals. Knobs control Level and Attack with an additional Bias knob while the toggle switch goes between the stock and a more bass heavy tone. Finished in black hammertone with a big 10mm clear/blue LED.

A clone of the Sola Sound Tone Bender MkI fuzz with three germanium AC125 transistors. Built point-to-point on tagboard, it uses Fischer & Tausche, Vishay and BC Component capacitors, metal film resistors, Alpha pots, Neutrik jacks, shielded cable on the in/outs for reduced noise, a clear/orange LED, ‘elephant chickenhead’ knobs and boxed in a rugged die-cast aluminium 125B sized enclosure with a gold hammertone finish. Knobs control Level and Attack and it’s powered by a 9v battery.
