Vox V809 Repeat Percussion

A Vox Repeat Percussion with additional tone and rate switches. The knobs control Rate, Depth and Volume. There is also an additional boost section added to the stock circuit for some extra output. Built on vero with Wima caps, metal film resistors, red LED, Daka-ware knobs and a gold hammerite finish.
For Benjamin in Australia.

Vox V809 Repeat Percussion

A Vox Repeat Percussion clone on vero. This one has a tone switch to allow for more bass through the circuit (the stock setting cuts some low end) and another toggle to switch between two rate ranges. There’s also an additional boost stage with a Volume knob to set the output level, as well as the usual Rate and Depth knobs. It uses Wima caps and BC electros with metal film resistors, a blue ultrabright LED and silver hammertone finish.
For Paul in the U.K.

Schaller Tremolo

A clone of the Schaller Tremolo built using BC109 and 2N3904 silicon transistors with Panasonic caps and electros. There is also an additional boost section which enables the output to get way past unity gain. The toggle switch disengages the modulation so the pedal can also just be used as a booster. The knobs control Volume, Speed and Depth and the second footswitch acts as a rate doubler, going between two speed ranges. There is a dual-colour LED that indicates which speed range is selected and the bypass LED also acts as a tempo indicator.

Vox V809 Repeat Percussion

A clone of the Vox V809 Repeat Percussion with Depth and Rate controls. It also features a tone switch that goes between the stock tone and a more full range tone. The other toggle switches between two Rate ranges. There’s also a boost section which allows an output higher than the bypassed signal, which can be adjusted with the internal trimmer.
For Alessandro in Italy.

NeoVibe – Univox Uni-vibe clone

The NeoVibe by RG Keen is a faithful recreation of the famous Univox Uni-vibe with some modern improvements. It’s a very unique effect, part phaser, part tremolo, part chorus, part wah made most famous by Hendrix on Machine Gun and also used on Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon. It uses a flashing bulb surrounded by 4 photo resistors to modulate the sound. The rate of the flashing/modulation is set by the big Speed foot-knob, while the other knobs control Volume and Depth. It’s also got a toggle to switch between Chorus (its most common setting) and Vibrato and another toggle which offers a faster speed. Built using the PCB from General Guitar Gadgets with Wima and Panasonic caps, Alpha pots and Switchcraft jacks, true bypass wiring, shielded cable on the in/out jacks, Dakaware chicken-head knobs, a blue LED and finished in a silver hammertone.

Tremulus Lune

A Tremulus Lune by 4ms Pedals, not strictly vintage but a really great sounding and versatile tremolo. Built using the PCB from Tonepad, this is the standard 5 knob version (Depth, Speed, Fine speed, Smooth, Spacing) with some mods: additional Volume knob, Symmetry knob (ramp up to ramp down), a toggle that doubles the speed and an 8mm LED that flashes in time with the speed. The knobs are colour coded with regards to function.
